What is the Network: A Space for Collaboration and Connection

The Apprenticeship Learning Network is a virtual learning community for professionals in the apprenticeship, workforce, and education systems to connect, collaborate, and learn from one another’s experiences promoting, designing, implementing, and sustaining high-quality Registered Apprenticeship Programs. Whether you are new to apprenticeship and need to learn the basics or have years of experience, this community is for you! 

 

Who is in the Network: Apprenticeship, Workforce, and Education Practitioners

The Network is designed for individuals working on-the-ground to conduct outreach to businesses and partners; design, launch, and support Registered Apprenticeship Programs; and/or recruit and support apprentices. These individuals work for a variety of organizations, such as state and local governments, workforce boards, American Job Centers, community colleges, and apprenticeship intermediaries. If you work on the frontlines to expand apprenticeship as an Apprenticeship Navigator, Apprenticeship Representative, Business Engagement Specialist, or Case Manager—or whatever title you may hold—the Network is for you!

The Network provides high-quality, on-demand information and virtual training on key apprenticeship topics and skills. It offers accessible, organized, searchable resources specifically for individuals working on-the-ground to support Registered Apprenticeship Programs and helps states and partners support apprenticeship, workforce, and education staff. The Network complements state-specific training on apprenticeship.

Connection

The Network brings together individuals at all experience levels, creating networking opportunities for seasoned professionals and accelerating learning for those new to apprenticeship. It offers a space to identify barriers to apprenticeship expansion and share best practices and solutions.
